Tower Classes

Tower Classes offer a comprehensive, full-body classical Pilates experience, taught in small, intimate groups of up to four clients. These sessions are designed to build strength, mobility and control through the original Pilates method, with close guidance and thoughtful progression.

The Tower is a wall-mounted piece of classical Pilates apparatus, securely anchored to both the wall and floor. It provides stability and resistance through a system of springs and bars, allowing the body to work with support while still being challenged. This makes Tower Pilates both accessible and deeply effective, suitable for beginners while offering depth for more experienced clients.

Using the Tower, exercises can be performed lying down, seated, standing or kneeling, creating a varied and dynamic practice that strengthens and stretches the body simultaneously. Springs provide adjustable resistance, helping to activate deep stabilising muscles, support spinal alignment and encourage precise, controlled movement.

Each Tower class is guided closely, with exercises adapted to suit the bodies in the room. While classes are shared, the work remains individual, spring settings, variations and progressions are selected with intention, allowing you to work towards your own goals while learning the method safely and effectively.

Class duration: 55 minutes

Studio Classes

Studio Classes offer a deeper, more comprehensive classical Pilates experience, bringing together the full range of apparatus within the studio. These sessions are designed for clients who are ready to progress beyond introductory work and further develop strength, control and understanding of the method.

Classes are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of four clients, allowing for close guidance and thoughtful programming. While Studio Classes are not private training, they remain highly considered, each session is tailored to the bodies in the room, ensuring the work is appropriate, progressive and aligned with individual needs.

Studio Classes draw from the complete classical Pilates system, allowing exercises to be layered and built upon as the body adapts. The pace is focused and engaging, offering both physical challenge and mental clarity, while remaining grounded in the original principles of the method.

Class duration: 55 minutes
