Private Session
Private sessions offer a fully personalised classical Pilates experience, taught one-to-one or shared with a partner of your choice.
Each session is tailored to your body, your goals and your pace, allowing time for detailed assessment, close guidance and thoughtful progression within the method. Private sessions are ideal for beginners, those returning from injury, clients wanting more individual attention, or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of classical Pilates.
Private training also provides the flexibility to integrate the full range of classical apparatus and adapt sessions as your body changes over time.

Massage
Deep Tissue Massage-
Deep tissue massage offers targeted, therapeutic approach to releasing tension and supporting recovery. Sessions are available in 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes, with each duration priced separately to allow you to choose the level of focus and time that best suits your needs.
