About
Classical Pilates Teacher
Hey everyone, I’m Megan.
I’m a fully qualified classical Pilates teacher and I’ve been teaching for nearly 10 years.
My journey into Pilates began in 2013, after years of high-impact training left my body feeling a little overwhelmed and in need of something more supportive. I discovered Pilates almost by accident and was immediately drawn to the way it builds strength while calming the nervous system and bringing clarity to the mind
After qualifying as a personal trainer and training across contemporary and classical apparatus in both Sydney and London, I completed my fully comprehensive classical Pilates apprenticeship with Pi Pilates Studio in 2018, a decision that truly shaped the way I teach today.
Since then, I’ve continued to train, learn and teach through pregnancies, busy seasons of life and into my thirties, developing an even deeper appreciation for the method and how it supports real bodies, in real life.
For years, this work lived under my name. Now it’s becoming something with more clarity, more space and more intention.
I can’t wait to welcome you into our space,
Megan Donnellan
